For us it is essential to keep the bond with the
PAST and with TRADITION.
Every dish we offer tells a story, a
MEMORY linked to our land, to our ORIGINS and to the authentic flavours of the past.

We are committed to using high quality raw materials
QUALITY, favoring ingredients from
local producers.
This allows us not only to guarantee the authenticity and genuineness of our dishes, but also to support
OUR TERRITORY.

There are two things that make our creations unique
special ingredients:
our HANDS and our PASSION.
Much of what we serve is actually prepared
handcrafted in the refuge with care and dedication.
